Consulting Agreement

This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective upon acknowledgment by the Client via checkbox submission or digital form. This Agreement is entered into by and between:

Client:

Any business or individual (“Client”) engaging CHC Capital Group’s services by submitting an application or form on our website.

1.Scope of Services

Client authorizes CHC Capital Group to provide consulting services to assist with securing business financing, including loans, credit lines, and other financial solutions. Services will be performed professionally and in good faith, with updates provided as necessary.

2.Term

This Agreement remains valid for one (1) year from the date of digital acknowledgment or until the completion of funding and full payment of the service fee.

3.Compensation

Client agrees to pay a professional service fee equal to 5% of the total funded amount, payable within 2 business days of receiving funds via wire transfer.

4.Expenses

Consultant is responsible for its own operating expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.Independent Contractor

Consultant is an independent contractor and not an employee or partner of the Client.

6.Confidentiality

All client information will be held in strict confidence during and after the term of this agreement.

7.Exclusivity

Client agrees not to engage other parties for business funding during this agreement without prior written consent from Consultant.

8.Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, regardless of where the Client is located.

9.Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full agreement between both parties.

10.Amendments, Assignment, Notices, Waivers, Severability

Modifications must be in writing. Neither party may assign obligations without consent. Notices may be sent via email. Non-enforcement of a clause is not a waiver. If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
